My CV:

2023 - now

PII - LLM - Health

At fbeta I started as a working student in the first uprise of Large Language Models in Business Environments and currently have the position of a Senior Consultant. My first Proof of concept was recording a talk, summarizing it with Openai's GPT 3.5 and having summaries from different viewpoints and in different languages on a Website. From there we went into the health space and built a GenAI Platform at one of Germanys largest public health insurances, that includes vector retrieval and RAG, a service to remove personally identifying information (PII) from texts, confidentially hosted Large Language Models and several more services.

I took part in the project e.g. by deploying LLMs over multiple confidential Nvidia H100, developing services as a software architect or developer, providing high level support for the system we built and helping with enterprise architecture.

Outside of the large GenAI project I managed to get my hands on a Kafka consumer that sinks information to a database and makes current processing states of requests and invoices visible for insurance customers. It turns out that choosing a good message broker architecture can be very hard and dealing with the aftermath of, let's say, suboptimal choices is even harder.

As a Senior Consultant my team and I are currently implementing the deidentification Service at several other health insurances with different objectives on the customers sides. Managing stakeholders, riscs and budgets also became part of my job.

I also put my knowledge about GenAI, Software Architecture and Software Engineering to work outside of the health sector by creating solutions for several other customers. I have some knowledge in programming languages like C, C++, C# and Java but my current mains are Python and the NextJS Framework.
